We waited until our daughter was 7 to make our first and only trip to Walt Disney World (WDW).
We wanted to make sure we maximized our time and money during our visit. After reading alot of
WDW trip books and talking to folks, I was more confused than when I started. A call was made
to the "Disney Lady" (as she is known in our circle of friends). Cindy went to work immediately
to ensure that we got the best deals at the Deluxe Resorts and most popular restaurants. She met
with us first to get know our personalities and our likes/dislikes. Next, she went to work to
make our vacation a "dream come true".
Our group did not have to worry about a thing from the time we called Cindy to the moment we arrived back home. Everything was planned for us and was very hastle free. Cindy armed us with a tour plan designed for our group. The tour plan definitely maximized our time at each park and included stops that was designed for our 7 year old as well as the adults in the group. The trip I was dreading became the best ever vacation because of Cindy's expertise with WDW vacations. Our next trip to WDW will definitely include Cindy in the planning process!!!
I am also very impressed with the honest integrity Cindy displayed with our group. The attendees in our group changed frequently but she patiently made and cancelled reservations as things changed. One couple in the group did not use Cindy to make their reservation initially. They purchased a package that included more than they were interested in paying for. There were willing to cancel their reservation at a cost of $250 to have Cindy make the more appropriate one. Cindy would not allow them to cancel. She told them exactly what they needed to say and do for the 1-800 Disney to change their reservation. It worked!! They finally got what they wanted without added cost due to Cindy's honest integrity. I would definitely use Cindy again to plan our vacation since I have experienced how honest she is with your money.

Cindy did a great job planning our family Disney trip last October. She has the know-how and know-what for ALL things Disney. Cindy also helped us make choices that would be enjoyable for both our boys. She also made sure we had tickets to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party and looked for discounts when applicable. The daily planner of what, when, and how best to do or see events was a big help. We had a blast and everything was perfect!

So I heard you were really good at this Disney stuff, but WOW!!!! Our trip was absolutely perfect from start to finish! From the ideal accommodations at Wilderness Lodge to the day-by-day itinerary... down to the dining reservations. We loved it! Did I mention the perfect weather that you dialed up for us?! I have been singing your praises since we returned. We followed your recommendations at the parks and felt so lucky! We did absolutely everything we wanted to do and more. We even won Dream Passes at Epcot after our second ride on Soarin'!! The Not So Scary Halloween Party was incredible. We all thought it was "the best day ever in our lives".

We had such a great time at Disney! We relied heavily on the daily schedule you mapped out for us. We were able to spend plenty of time in each park and we ate well. Our accommodations were comfortale. It was so nice to be in the same resort as my sister's family.
